We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on or associated with Covia Labs are the property of Covia Labs or its licensors. Open-source components are governed by their respective licences. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from proprietary content without prior written consent.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Covia Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Covia Labs in the twelve months preceding the claim.
